Thank you for getting back to me so quickly despite being out of town.  I really appreciate your follow-up even after the sale.  These days it’s an infrequent occurrence.  I will definitely recommend you as I am asked quite often where I got my van and would I recommend them.

Good morning ! Johnny loves his van . We were all wore out when we got home Wed. Johnny especialy.  He loves being able to set in the front seat and see the cars and the women driving them. He said to tell you thank you for all your help and not giving up on him getting a new van.

The line would read EJ works to understand his clients’ needs, fosters a relationship, helps them understand that Carolina Mobility Sales is an honest, high quality company with caring and experienced staff, then he works to find the best fit for his client”. While this might sound lofty, you should know that we spent weeks researching every type of adaptive lift, every company from Chicago to Charlotte, then interviewed a large number of them. Without fail, they just told us about their inventory selection – without even bothering to understand our needs. The sales pressure was so relentless with some of them that we hired a friend who is in the used auto sales business to intercede. All of that changed when we met and worked with EJ. After talking with him, we wanted to buy a car from your company – we just needed the right one to come in. EJ so clearly understood what we needed (even better than we did), that we looked at a car he thought was right for us and we walked out with it that night! He worked hours (and after hours) on our behalf and he has kept in touch each week. We feel like a part of the Carolina Mobility family and we’re making sure everyone who will listen, knows. Perhaps the most important point in all this is that my 88 yr old Mother who was confined indoors for a long time, is now out and about and feeling a lot of joy again.
