To help make your rental experience more enjoyable, we ask that you review these few rules.

You must have a valid drivers license. |

You must be at least 25 years of age. |
|
03. |
You must have verifiable insurance coverage. We require a copy of your driver's license and insurance card with your agent's information on it. We will need to call and confirm coverage prior to your checkout. |

A deposit of $200.00 is required on a major credit card and held until the vehicle is returned and has been checked-in. Any additional fees incurred will be charged at this time or deposit will be refunded in full. (Mastercard or Visa only). |

Full rental fees will be charged upon pick up of vehicle. |

There will be an extra charge for vehicles when they are not returned in the same condition as sent out or the following have occurred: a. Additional cleaning of soils, stains or odors beyond normal wash and vacuum. DO NOT TRY TO CLEAN using any scented cleaners or sprays. b. DO NOT SMOKE- ALL of our vehicles are NON-SMOKING. c. NO PETS ALLOWED - If the use of a service animal is needed please inform us prior to reservations. Verification of service animals must be provided. d. In the event the key is lost during your rental you will be charged for the replacement key. e. Return of the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when checked-out. A fee of $7.00 per gallon will be added if it is returned with less. Keeping ALL of the fluid levels up is your responsibility!

In case of an accident you MUST CALL THE POLICE. Call your insurance company immediately; provide us with a copy of the accident report for our insurance company. |

Only drivers listed on the agreement are allowed to drive the vehicle.

The renter at the renter's expense regardless of mechanical problems must return vehicles taken out of mileage radius stated on the contract. We will take care of repairs as quickly as possible, but do not offer any compensation for downtime. We will do a vehicle replacement whenever possible, but do not guarantee one. |

Must understand that vehicles returned and left on premises after closing time, remain the responsibility of the renter. Condition of the vehicle will be determined during regular hours by our personnel and renter is responsible for any damage or discrepancies noted by the rental company. |

- All rentals include unlimited miles within our 300 mile radius service area.
- If rentals are taken out of service area it will be the customers responsibility for any repairs or breakdown costs incurred outside of 300 miles.
- A deposit of $200.00 is required on a major credit card and held until the vehicle has returned and been checked-in. Any additional fees incurred will be charged at this time or deposit will be refunded in full. (Master card or Visa accepted only)
- Full rental fees will be charged upon pick up of vehicle.
- A cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for a full refund. *If rental is only for one day, you will be charged for one day only.
- Customer pick-up & drop offs from Charlotte or Columbia Airport to our locations are $25.00 charges each way.
- Customer or vehicle pick-up/deliveries are based by destinations:
- A customer pick-up - billed at a min rate of $50.00 plus $1.00 each mile from our location to pick up point, drop off is additional charge billed at the same rate. A vehicle delivery at a min rate of $50.00 plus $2.00 per mile, from our location to drop off site, pick up charges are an additional $50.00 plus $2.00 per mile.
- Vehicles returned by 10:00 AM at no additional charge.
- Vehicles returned between 10:01 AM -2:00 PM will be charged for a half day.
- Vehicles returned after 2:00 PM will be charged an additional day.
