Policies

• All rentals include unlimited miles within our 300-mile radius service area.
• If rentals are outside of 300-mile radius service area it becomes the customers responsibility for any repairs or breakdowns.
• $200 deposit is required on a major credit card (Visa or Master Card only) and held until the vehicle has been returned and checked-in.
• Any additional fees incurred will be charged at this time or deposit will be refunded in full.
  • 48 hour cancellation – if not 1 day charge

Pick ups

• Customer pick up minimum rate of $50 plus $1 per mile from our location
• Customer pickup and drop offs from Charlotte or Columbia Airport are $25 each way

Drop off

• Vehicle Drop Off/Pick Up a minimum $50 plus $2 per mile from our location
• Vehicles must be returned by 10am
• Full fees will be charged at pick up
• Vehicles returned between 10:01AM-2PM will be accrue an additional half a day charge
• After 2PM customer will accrue and additional full day charge
